Joelle & Jeremy – April 25, 2009

August 24, 2009 by islandharmony

I got to meet Joelle when she visited Provo several months prior to her wedding to scout out locations with her mom, and our friendship grew from there.  Joelle, being an event planner herself, was very involved in the planning process for her events, and we worked together to make her wedding day perfect in every way.   This special day took place on the beach in front of the Sands Resort with friends and family, who flew in to join in the celebration.  Ileana’s (from Tropical Imaging) excellent photography skills captured some incredible shots and moments that Joelle and Jeremy shared.  The reception took place at Bay Bistro with excellent food prepared by Clive and a delicious wedding cake made

by Diane Guess.  We were so delighted to share in this event, and we pray for them to enjoy a long and happy life together.  Congratulations on your marriage, Joelle & Jeremy!

Michele & Chris – April 9, 2009

August 24, 2009 by islandharmony

Michele & Chris were married on April 9th in a small private beach ceremony on Turtle Tail.  With their daughter, Olivia, by their side, they spoke their vows and became husband and wife.  David from Tropical Imaging was on hand to capture their special day and they had one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen.  The dramatic rocks and landscaping on Turtle Tail made for some incredible photos.  We wish Michele and Chris a lifetime of love and happiness.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share in your special day.

Melinda & Stanley – July 24th, 2009

August 23, 2009 by islandharmony

The Somerset Resort was the place that Melinda & Stanley choose for their wedding and reception on July 24th, 2009.  In fact, it was a three day event for this couple and their guests.  They started with a beach BBQ at Bay Bistro the night before the wedding, followed by the ceremony and reception at Somerset and O’Soleil restaurant, and then a farewell brunch for all the guests the day after.  Their wedding was spectacular!  Melinda looked like a model from Bride Magazine in her stunning gown, as Stanley watched her with so much love in his eyes as she walked down the aisle covered with pink and white rose petals.   Melinda released butterflies after the ceremony in memory of her mother.  Ileana from Tropical Imaging captured some amazing memories for this couple, including one butterfly in the grass before it took to flight.  As you begin your new life together as husband and wife, we pray that you love each other, laugh often and learn from each other.  Happiness is only true happiness when it is shared with the one you love.  Congratulations on your marriage and best wishes for a long and happy life.

Latasha & Terrell – July 18, 2009

August 23, 2009 by islandharmony

The summer started early this year, and that set the stage for a very hot day on July 18th, 2009 when Latasha & Terrell tied the knot at Villa Renaissance.  But no one seemed to mind the heat, because it was a beautiful day for a wedding.  The sun was shining, the groom looked dashing, and when the bride arrived and walked down the aisle, she looked like a princess from a fairy tale.  With their friends and family present to witness this special occassion, the ceremony went off without a hitch, following by romantic photos on the beach and an incredible reception and fabulous food on the beach at Bay Bistro.  David from Tropical Imaging captured the special moments for Latasha & Terrell, memories that will last a lifetime.  We wish for you both all the happiness in the world!

Teri & Sean – May 20, 2009

August 23, 2009 by islandharmony

Teri & Sean were married on May 20, 2009 on Grace Bay Beach in front of Mango Reef, in a beautiful ceremony with their two small boys looking on.  The day started out as another rainy day in a very rainy May.  But as the morning turned into afternoon, the sun came out and what a beautiful day it was.   A reception at Mango Reef followed to celebrate their union.

Emily & Zach – May 25, 2009

August 23, 2009 by islandharmony

Emily & Zach tied the knot on May 25, 2009 on the beautiful boardwalk of the Villa Renaissance Resort.  Emily was a bit concerned as she watched the rain fall all day from the sky.  But 10 minutes before the wedding was to begin, the sun peaked from behind the clouds and rainy skies gave way to a beautiful sunset for this couple on their special day.  David from Tropical Imaging captured some spectacular photos of this happy couple and their family & friends.  A reception followed at Mango Reef with dancing under the stars.

Dorothy & Nick – May 8th, 2009

August 23, 2009 by islandharmony

It’s so rare to see that special kind of love that we could see in Dorothy and Nick’s eyes as they stood on the boardwalk of the Villa Renaissance resort on May 8th, 2009 to recite their wedding vows.   “Just a girl……standing there, asking a boy to love her” (to quote a famous line)…….and everyone could see how much he loves her!  Kellie from Tropical Imaging got some amazing photographs to capture Dorothy and Nick’s memories, with family and friends looking on.  A reception followed at Magnolia restaurant, with a beautiful cake made by the amazing pastry chef from O’Soleil restaurant.  Dorothy’s keen eye for color created a canvas that gave us the opportunity to transform an ordinary table into a beautiful portrait.  It was an unforgettable day for this beautiful couple!  Dorothy and Nick remember…..”Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”  It was our pleasure to be there on your special day to help make your wedding day perfect!  We wish you all the happiness in the world.

Aimee & Rob – April 18, 2009

August 23, 2009 by islandharmony

Aimee and Rob waited a long time for their special day.  But their dreams finally came true on April 18, 2009 as they joined hands in marriage on Grace Bay Beach in front of the elegant and beautiful Villa Renaissance Resort.  It was a quaint ceremony with a few special friends on hand to help them celebrate.  Aimee’s gown was stunning and her beautiful long hair was blowing in the breeze.  David from Tropical Imaging captured the couples special moments, and some fun shots as well.  Aimee and Rob, remember that love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things and endures all things…….love never fails.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make some of your dreams come true.

Sharon & Greg – April 11, 2009

August 23, 2009 by islandharmony

Sharon & Greg chose a beautiful location for their wedding and reception……Las Brisas Restaurant on the Chalk Sound.  The ceremony took place in the gazebo that overlooked the Sound and their stunning sunset photographs were taken by Ileana from Tropical Imaging on Sapodilla Bay, the most beautiful place on the island to watch the sunset.  It was definitely a “family affair” on their wedding day as two families joined together to form one.  A reception followed at Las Brisas with dancing by the light of the moon.  Sharon & Greg, we know that you have truly found your soul mate in each other.  Live life to the fullest, laugh often and love each other forever.  We were honored to be a part of your special day.

Shannon & Greg – January 30, 2009

May 1, 2009 by islandharmony

It was January 30th, 2009 when a group of family and friends gathered on Grace Bay Beach to witness the union of Shannon & Greg.  It was a day they had planned for and dreamed of, and now their day was finally here.  The weather was beautiful, the water as blue as the sky, when they said “I do” and became husband and wife.

Tropical Imaging was on hand to capture the memories of this beautiful day, and the pictures speak for themselves!  After spectacular romantic pictures on the beach, the party moved to Las Brisas restaurant, on the Chalk Sound, to dine and party under the stars.  It was a beautiful night!
